EXCLUSIVE: New CCTV of Tau Gamma Phi Hazing Victim, Giullio Servando in One Archers' Place (VIDEO) - The NBI or National Bureau of Investigation has recently released the new - latest CCTV footage of the hazing incident that caused the life of Guilio Servando, a neophyte of Tau Gamma Phi.
The fatal hazing incident had Servando suffering from the location of the fraternity initiation up to the time when he was brought to One Archer's Place in Taft.

The video shows how the hazing victim was crawling, barely walking from the entrance. He had to be guided by his seniors inside the elevator up to the lobby of the place. It can also be seen that he is with four to five men, allegedly from Tau Gamma Phi Fraternity in his condominium unit at One Archer's Plaza.
