First, you must download the Skype Application from http://skype.com. After that, get a username and your good to go.

Place calls to the 1-866 number there, then click the "Call Phone" or the "Dial" button, thn enter the 1-866 number. After that, hit the green button to place the call.

PS: I haven't supported an Idol finalist this much, even Jasmine Trias nor Ramiele Malubay didn't get any of this treatment. Cook's just the best this season. He deserves to win this. Please do vote for him at the Finale on May 21. :]
