Filipino jobseekers who want to work abroad may now submit their personal information in the online manpower registry through POEA E-Registration system for pooling.
This POEA Manpower Registry is open to all Filipino applicants aspiring for overseas employment thru the Government Placement Branch (GPB). Applicants who previously registered at the POEA can also register to this facility to access and update their profile.
Here are the steps on how to register:

1. Go to http://www.eregister.poea.gov.ph/ereg/ereg.asp or click here.
2. Click the ‘REGISTER HERE’ link for new registrants, then on the next page click ‘Continue’ button.
3. In the next page you have to enter your Personal Details which includes your full name(must be the same in your passport), date of birth, passport number and validity and email. Below it, you will create your Login details-your desired Username and Password to access POEA E-registration. Click Submit.
4. The system will then bring you to your account profile where you can complete the registration by entering your Personal Info, Education, Experiences, Trainings, Licenses, Certificates, Job Preference and Language Ability in separate tabs. Click ‘Save’ after completing each tab.
5. Add your photo. Scan your passport-sized picture and upload via ‘Attach Photo’ menu on the left. The picture file must be in JPEG (*.jpg) format not exceeding 15kb in size with recommended dimension of 110 x 150 pixels, or else the system will not accept it.
6. Your online resume is now done and ready for manpower pooling. You can print it or edit it for any correction or updates in your profile.
