Arnold Clavio has had enough of Vice Ganda.
The GMA anchor lashed out against the ABS-CBN comedian for making vulgar jokes about fellow GMA anchor and GMA vice president for News and Public Affairs Jessica Soho during his recent concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
“Papatulan ko na siya kasi pag di natin siya sinita, hindi natin alam sino pa’ng isusunod niyang biktimahin. Si Nancy Binay noon, tapos si Jessica Soho,” Arnold said Tuesday on his daily morning radio show on DZBB with Lala Roque.
During one stand-up comedy segment of his concert, Vice Ganda painted hypothetical scenarios of how several famous personalities would act if they were “boldstars”.
He quipped that Jessica’s launching movie would be entitled “Tinimbang Ka Ngunit Sobra”. He also said that whenever she would step on a weighing scale, the machine would complain repeatedly, “One at a time, one at a time.”
But perhaps the most vulgar joke concerned the subject of rape. He said any rape scene of Jessica Soho would definitely have to be a gang rape.

And that the rapists would say, “Ipasok ang lechon!” And then she would ask, “Nasaan ang apple?”
In his radio show, Arnold chided Vice Ganda: “Bakit mo binibiktima ang mga taong seryoso sa trabaho nila? Huwag mo silang kasangkapanin para lang makapagpagpatawa. Bakit hindi taga-diyan sa inyo ang gawin mong subject ng jokes mo? Baki hindi taga-ABS?”
But in fact, Vice also made fun of his ABS-CBN colleagues Boy Abunda, Kris Aquino, and Gus Abelgas.
Arnold announced that Philippine Star associate editor Marichu Villanueva texted him to say she had also tweeted about the gay comedian’s vulgarity.
Arnold reminded co-host Lala Roque that he had refrained from attacking Vice even despite the flurry of complaints about his alleged arrogance, increasing vulgarity, and his “bullying” of innocent people. “Hindi ba bullying ang ginawa niya kay Jessica Soho?” he wondered.
He stressed that Ang Ladlad party-list’s most prominent face, professor Dante Remoto, knows that he [Clavio] is not homophobic and even defends gays against discrimination and bullying. But when the bullying is done by them, he wants to make a stand.
On Twitter, GMA reporters and other netizens also cried foul over Vice’s rape joke against the award-winning broadcaster.
