The 3rd DigitalFilipino.com Web Awards aims to advocate the use of Internet and e-Commerce for business development, through the identification, promotion, and highlighting of best e-Commerce practices from various websites in the Philippines.
Websites in over forty categories will be reviewed and judged for their ability to create a noticeable presence on the Internet – their ability to be seen and heard among all the noise and clutter of the Net. Commercial websites will also be reviewed for their ability to conduct e-Commerce in simple yet professional manner.
Now, you can nominate sites in the DigitalFilipino Web Awards 2009. It is totally free to vote and register! The winners will be announced at the DigitalFilipino E-Commerce Summit event.
Take note that you can only nominate those websites who have unique title tags per page and those with a search engine feature wherein you are enabled to search the archive and the content of the website with.
Now, for my nominations:
For PERSONAL BLOG category, I vote for Yoshke. His blog has the perfect synergy of humor and sincerity through his posts regarding personal experience and social issues.
For SOCIAL NETWORKING category, I vote for Isko Kompyuteran ng Iskolar ng Bayan. It is a hub for internet enthusiasts in UP. Isko is tagged as the Kompyuteran ng Iskolar ng Bayan and thus, adhering to it, binding UP internet enthusiasts!
For ASSOCIATION/ORGANIZATION category, I vote for PSME-UPSU, the organization closest to my heart. An engineering organization which truly helps bridge mechanical engineering student units and help youngster engineers be the best that they can be.
